Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of GNU Radio World and its prepaid Graham AI service. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the prepaid service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the prepaid service. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Accounts
You must use a valid Google or GitHub account with a verified email address and keep access to that account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in methods that provide the same verified email may be linked to the same GNU Radio World account and wallet. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
Prepaid credits and pricing
- Credits are purchased in advance and used only for the Graham AI features identified in the service.
- Credits are not cash, a bank deposit, a gift card, or cryptocurrency. They are not transferable and have no cash value except for an eligible refund.
- Credits expire 12 months after their purchase date. Credits are consumed oldest-first.
- The model list shows the applicable usage prices. Prices may change for future requests, but a completed request is charged using the price version active when it began.
- A minimum charge may apply to each request. Usage is measured using model-provider token counts when available and a documented estimate when an exact partial count is unavailable.
Payments and refunds
Polar is the merchant of record for credit purchases and handles checkout, receipts, payment information, taxes, and refunds. Unused credits may be refunded through Polar within 14 days after purchase. Credits already consumed are not refundable. For a partially used purchase, any eligible refund is limited to its unused remainder. A refund, dispute, reversal, or chargeback may remove the corresponding unused credits and may freeze the account while the matter is reviewed.
How AI usage is charged
The service reserves enough balance before beginning a request and settles the actual charge after processing. If the model provider fails during generation, the hold is released and you are not charged for that request. If you or your browser disconnect after generation begins, the model provider may already have processed and returned tokens; that usage remains billable. Where exact partial usage is unavailable, the service may charge a reasonable token estimate up to the amount reserved for the request.
AI limitations
Model output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe. Review generated flowgraphs and advice before relying on them, especially before transmitting radio signals or operating hardware. You are responsible for complying with radio, safety, licensing, privacy, export, and other laws that apply to your use. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, engineering, or safety advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- violate law, regulation, third-party rights, or applicable provider policies;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass service security, billing, limits, or access controls;
- obtain or expose another person's account, data, credentials, or private communications;
- resell access, automate abusive purchases or requests, or use fraudulently obtained payment methods; or
- distribute malware or use the service to facilitate harm.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, providers, or the service; investigate suspected abuse or fraud; comply with law; or enforce these terms. If GNU Radio World permanently discontinues the paid service, we will provide a reasonable process for handling unexpired, unused credits as required by applicable law.
Open-source software and content
GNU Radio World's source code is distributed under the license stated in its public repository. That software license is separate from these service terms and does not provide credentials, hosted infrastructure, prepaid credits, or rights to third-party services. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to process it and provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, GNU Radio World and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
